  • Van Profile: Van make, model, and year. You may optionally add your home address.

  • Subscription Data: Billing details when subscribing through Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, or Google Play.

  • Location Data: If you press the location button in the app, we use your device location to show nearby services and park-ups. We do not continuously track or store your movements.

  • Referral Data: If you sign up with a referral code, we record that to award referral rewards.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your Campa account.

  • Process subscription payments and renewals.

  • Provide referral rewards when applicable.

  • Display your van profile on your profile page and in community posts.

  • Improve and develop the app.

  • Send you service emails (e.g. account notifications, billing updates).

  • Send you marketing emails (e.g. offers, news, new features).

4. Sharing Your Data

We only share your personal data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate Campa:

  • Stripe – website payment processing.

  • RevenueCat – subscription management.

  • Apple App Store / Google Play – in-app subscription processing.

  • Supabase – app backend hosting and database.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal information until you request deletion of your account. Once deleted, your data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax or payment records).

6. Age Restrictions

Campa is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly allow users under 16 to create an account.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights under UK GDPR and other applicable laws:

  • Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Correction: You can update or correct your account details.

  • Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data and close your account at any time by contacting us at team@campa-app.com.

We do not currently offer automated data export.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
